The Role
You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Redundancy, unfair dismissal, and discrimination claims
- Employment Tribunal representation
- TUPE and workforce restructuring
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in employment law (PQE levels flexible as a guide)
