The Role:nYou will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:n• Sales and acquisitions of commercial premisesn• Landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licensesn• Commercial developments and site acquisitionsn• Property finance and secured lendingn• Advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to investors and developers

The Ideal Candidate:n• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial propertyn• Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancingn• Excellent client care and communication skillsn• Capable of managing a varied caseload independentlyn• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
