Solicitor or Associate – Residential Conveyancing & Private Client
Location: Dunbartonshire
Type: Primarily office based with 1 day WFH
A long‑established, well‑regarded law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with experience in Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work to join their expanding team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, dispositions, transfers of title)
- Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries
- Providing clear, client‑focused legal advice
- Supporting the continued development of the department
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Traineeship or post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing and private client work
- Strong communication and client‑care skills
- The ability to manage files independently
- A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach
