Hybrid (Home‑based + Onsite across Greater London & South East)

Salary: Up to £55,000 | Full‑Time | Permanent

A leading training provider in the construction and building services sector is looking for an experienced Electrical Installation Assessor to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to support apprentices across Greater London and the South East, helping them develop their skills, progress through their qualifications, and achieve successful completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high‑quality training and assessment in Electrical Installation (up to Level 3).
• Carry out onsite and remote observations, assessments, and progress reviews.
• Use OneFile to track, assess, and record learner progress.
• Ensure learners meet the 20% off‑the‑job requirement and follow structured learning plans.
• Deliver engaging sessions that motivate and inspire apprentices.
• Work closely with the IQA team to maintain compliance and high delivery standards.
• Set clear objectives and conduct quarterly reviews with learners.
• Collaborate with workplace mentors to support learner development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit records within agreed deadlines.
