This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Commercial Disputes Partner to join a highly regarded Legal 500 multi-service firm.

The firm is stable, solvent and is known for its collaborative and friendly culture. 

The role involves advising on matters to include, but not limited to:

n
• contract disputes
• shareholder and partnership disputes
• professional negligence
• distribution and franchise agreements
• mediation and ADR

n

We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

n
• 20+ years' PQE (guideline only)
• Stable career as a commercial litigator 
• Proven management experience 
• Proven new business development experience
• A loyal network of referrers and corporate contacts                                  

n
