A well-established and highly regarded firm in Worcester is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing conveyancing team. The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and consistent caseload, including:
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
