HarrogatennA well-established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join its busy and supportive Harrogate office.nnThis is a great opportunity for an experienced legal assistant who enjoys being an integral part of the conveyancing process and providing high-quality support to fee earners, clients, and colleagues alike.nnThe role You’ll be responsible for providing full administrative and transactional support to fee earners within the Conveyancing department, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and quality standards.nnKey responsibilities will include:n

- Managing client matters accurately and efficiently using a case management systemnt
- Preparing, organising, and archiving legal files and supporting documentationnt
- Diary management, including booking client appointments and meetingsnt
- Drafting client correspondence via digital dictation, audio typing, or word processingnt
- Handling client and third-party telephone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly mannernt
- Taking ownership of incoming emails, post, and general administrative tasksnt
- Ordering property searches and carrying out client ID and compliance checksnt
- Assisting with exchanges and completions under fee earner supervisionnt
- Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion mattersnt
- Preparing client bills and assisting with account ledgersnt
- Supporting other assistants and the wider team as requirednt
