Your new companynnThis law firm has a well established reputation in the regulatory and health and safety field.nnYour new rolennDue to the team's continued success, the firm is looking to hire a regulatory and health and safety lawyer for a remote working role. Working for an excellent range of clients, you can look forward to advising on corporate manslaughter, gross negligence manslaughter and breaches of regulatory law related to health and safety, fire safety, food safety and environmental law. In addition, you will also advise on product safety and advise in respect of inquests and Public Inquiries.nnWhat you'll need to succeednnYou should be a regulatory and health and safety lawyer with 2+ pqe. Ideally, you will have experience of inquests and PACE as well as experience of interviewing witnesses.nnWhat you'll get in returnnnAlthough nominally based from the firm's Birmingham office, this is a largely remote/home working role. You can expect to enjoy an interesting and varied caseload and to work with colleagues nationally within a well resourced team.
