Commercial/Corporate Paralegal

Location: Birmingham – Onsite

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

An established law firm in the heart of Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Commercial/Corporate Paralegal to enhance their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Associate with the management of commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and amend commercial agreements and supporting documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare file summaries.
• Liaise with clients, third parties, and other departments.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Support on corporate transactions as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in a Corporate or Commercial law team.
• Solid understanding of commercial agreements and transactional processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
