The Role

You will manage a varied employment law caseload, including:

  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters

  • Handling unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination claims

  • Employment Tribunal representation
  • nt

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • nt

  • Advising on TUPE, restructures, and workforce matters

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law (PQE 1-5+ guide only)

  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence in client advisory work

  • Ability to manage files independently and as part of a team
