The Role

You will manage a varied employment law caseload, including:

- Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters
- Handling unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination claims
- Employment Tribunal representation
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Advising on TUPE, restructures, and workforce matters

About You

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law (PQE 1-5+ guide only)
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence in client advisory work
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware and proactive
- Ability to manage files independently and as part of a team
