Commercial Property Locum | Fully Remote | 3–6 month assignment | Job Ref: 215303197nnA well-regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Locum to support their busy department on a fully remote basis.nnThe RolenYou will be assisting a busy Commercial Property team, working alongside another Solicitor to help manage an active caseload. The assignment will run for approximately 3–6 months, or until a permanent hire is made.nnKey Details:n• Start date: ASAPn• Duration: 3–6 months (approx.) or until permanent hiren• Location: Fully remoten• Working pattern: Minimum 3 days per week, with flexibility (ideally 9:00am – 5:00pm)n• Experience required: Ideally 3–7 PQE, though all levels will be considerednnCaseload:n• General Commercial Property matters within a busy departmentn• Working alongside an experienced Solicitor overseeing the workloadnnAdditional Experience:n• Experience working with academies or within the education sector would be advantageous, but is not essentialnnThis is a fantastic opportunity for a locum looking for flexibility and fully remote working, while supporting a well-established firm during a busy period.nnnneNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
