Join a thriving team of 5 lawyers in the residential conveyancing team.nnThe firm works on behalf of high-profile lenders and deals with great quality work, from commercial real estate Finance through to high-value dispute resolution.nnResponsibilities:nWorking on your own sales and purchase caseload with ample legal support, training and supervision if required.nLiaising with clients and agents on sales and purchasesnGenerating client bills to meet departmental targetsnDrafting documents and lettersnAssist on plot sales and other property transactionsnAssist on other work in the company as and when required including assisting other departments as and when requirednnCandidate Profile:nExperience gained as a property paralegal in a well-regarded law firmnClear and professional telephone mannernExcellent computer skillsnHighly organised, efficient and proactivenExcellent communication skillsnn
