Commercial Solicitor | 2+ PQE  Hybrid working, Leeds City CentrennI’m working with a well-established, Legal 500 firm who are looking to grow their Commercial Services team with the addition of an experienced Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE)nnThe team works closely with a broad mix of clients, from well-known brands to growing start-ups, acting as a trusted extension of their businesses. The focus is on providing clear, practical advice that helps clients manage risk and concentrate on running and growing their organisations.nnYou’ll be involved in a wide range of commercial matters, advising clients across sectors including technology, manufacturing, retail, leisure, professional services, charities and the public sector.nnThe work includes:n

• Supply and purchase agreementsnt

• Data protection and information lawnt

• E-commerce mattersnt

There is plenty of variety within this position and you would be working closely with more senior lawyers on complex matters while also having the opportunity to run your own files as you develop.nnThe firm operates a hybrid working model, offering a sensible balance between office and home working.nnThis is a great opportunity for a commercial lawyer who is at least 2 PQE looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking, business-focused team doing genuinely interesting work.
