We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across business development, client relationship management, and preliminary loan assessments. You’ll play a key role in helping the business grow while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities
- Manage enquiries from brokers and clients, providing initial assessments before full review
- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and clients
- Assist in refining processes and supporting product development initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into strategy
- Support senior management with events, meetings, and ad hoc projects
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from enquiry to completion
- Provide mentoring and support to colleagues as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, able to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM systems to track activity
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player
- Prior experience in financial services or lending is desirable but not essential
Nice to Have:
- Background in short-term or bridging finance
- Interest in developing commercial and sales expertise in finance
