We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across business development, client relationship management, and preliminary loan assessments. You’ll play a key role in helping the business grow while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities
  • Manage enquiries from brokers and clients, providing initial assessments before full review
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and clients
  • Assist in refining processes and supporting product development initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into strategy
  • Support senior management with events, meetings, and ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from enquiry to completion
  • Provide mentoring and support to colleagues as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, able to handle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM systems to track activity
  • Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Prior experience in financial services or lending is desirable but not essential

  • Background in short-term or bridging finance
  • Interest in developing commercial and sales expertise in finance
