The Role

You’ll handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages and transfers of equity

• New build and shared ownership transactions

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing files from start to finish

• Title checks and reporting to clients

• Drafting contracts and handling enquiries

• Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders

• Exchange, completion and post completion work
