A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a high-performing Property Law Department specialising in premium, investor-led and High Net Worth (HNW) property work. This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, market-leading conveyancing team that values quality, collaboration and progression.nThe Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold and new-build transactions

You’ll deliver a client-focused, efficient service, ensuring compliance and maintaining excellent relationships with high-value clients and investors.nAbout You

- Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and the full conveyancing process.
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
