Temporary Reprographics Operator

Top US law firm is seeking a Temporary Reprographics Operator on an initial 1-month assignment (with a likelihood of extension).  The firm are looking for someone who can provide comprehensive general administrative, reprographics and post scanning support service to all staff.

• Salary to £24.72 per hour
• 1pm – 9pm working hours
• Office based Monday-Friday

Temporary Reprographics Operator Key Responsibilities:

n
• Responsible for the reprographics services including scanning, colour, black & white printing, photocopying, and finishing.
• Providing a reliable reprographics service including ‘hands on’ operation of equipment for copying, finishing, and scanning legal documents.
• To ensure that incoming and outgoing post is sorted and delivered in a timely manner and to deliver and collect documentation throughout the day.
• To maintain stock levels for stationery and reprographics consumables and place orders for supplies when appropriate.
• Managing consumables – MFD’s, reprographics equipment.
• Helping with office moves and relocations and moving boxes/files between departments.
• Assisting Facilities with the setting up of meeting rooms.
• Responding to emails, tickets, and telephone calls to the department.

Temporary Reprographics Operator Key Skills & Requirements:

n
• Minimum of 12 months experience within a law firm.
• Some experience in assembling legal documents such as engrossments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/PDF Docs.
