The Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Central London. You will manage a sophisticated caseload of commercial property matters with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a global network.

Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Lawyer:nn• Advising on general landlord and tenant matters including leases, underleases, licences and surrendersn• Handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold propertyn• Drafting option agreements, overage clauses and TOGC documentationn• Advising on expired commercial leases including periodic tenancies, trespassers and mesne profitsn• Preparing title reports and advising on risk and mitigation strategiesn• Managing auction sales and purchasesn• Handling matters involving unregistered landn• Providing corporate support on property elements of transactions

Candidate Requirements:nn• Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in Commercial Propertyn• Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant and property transactionsn• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervisionn• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skillsn• Strong communication and client relationship skillsn• Interest in business development and networking nnSalary & Benefits:
