NEW – Corporate Partner – Private M&A to £150k p.a. – London

This is a tremendous opportunity to join the corporate team at this established central London firm

Due to a recent retirement, this firm is recruiting a new Corporate Partner to sit alongside the head of department and lead the ongoing evolution of the practice.

The Role

n
• Advise on SME transactional matters e.g. acquisitions, disposals, JVS and refinancing among others
• Advise occasionally on non-transactional matters e.g. shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts 
• Interesting cross-jurisdictional clients
• Drive business development
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
• Succession planning

About You

n
• 15+ years' PQE (guideline)
• Current background in SME Corporate M&A 
• Sector agnostic (tech and retail would be advantageous)
• A loyal and portable referral network is required
