THE ROLE
We have an l opportunity for a Construction & Engineering Associate Solicitor 2 – 6 PQE to join an expanding Construction & Engineering team
The focus of the work will be non-contentious
The post holder will be expected to provide construction support across a wide range of development, infrastructure and energy projects throughout the UK
This role can be based in London or South West/South East England
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Qualified Solicitor with solid non-contentious construction law experience gained working for a leading law firm or similar
You will be familiar JCT and NEC standard forms of contract, construction security packages and construction due diligence requirements for real estate and corporate transactions
Applicants will be expected demonstrate strong client care skills with commitment to the delivery of an excellent client service
