Product Owner – Digital Customer Ordering Platform

Midlands | Hybrid | Permanent | £55-£58k per year

We are supporting a Midlands-based business that is hiring a Product Owner to support a high-profile, customer-facing ordering app.

Hands-on experience with consumer-facing ordering platforms is essential – ideally within a live operational environment where uptime, speed, and real-time integrations are critical.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end
• Deliver features that directly impact customer experience
• Manage backlogs and prioritisation in an agile environment
• Collaborate with tech, operations and commercial stakeholders
• Ensure performance, resilience and seamless integrations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Product Owner experience (2–5+ years)
• Background with customer facing ordering platforms
• Experience in high-traffic, live environments
• Superlative stakeholder management skills and comfortable working with external customers

Hybrid working with flexibility on days in office
