Commercial Property Paralegal | Nottingham | £Competitive DOE | Job Ref: 215303220nnA well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its team in Nottingham.nnThe RolenThis is a support role working closely with a Partner on a range of commercial property matters. You will play a key role in assisting with transactions while also having the opportunity to manage a small caseload independently. The work will primarily focus on commercial property, with some exposure to residential property matters.nnKey Responsibilitiesn• Supporting a Partner on a variety of commercial property transactionsn• Assisting with file management from instruction through to completionn• Managing a small caseload of matters independently where appropriaten• Drafting and reviewing legal documentsn• Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactionsnnRequirementsn• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within commercial propertyn• Experience handling both commercial property (CPROP) and some residential property (DPROP) mattersn• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectivelyn• Strong organisational and communication skillsnnBenefitsn• Paid parkingn• Private Healthcaren• Bonus schemen• 24 days holiday + additional days with servicen• Extra leave over the Christmas periodn• Social perksnnneNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
