Production Process Operative As a Production Process Operative, you will be a key member of the Bulk Cheese and Whey team playing a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient production of quality cheese and whey products. You must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends, nightshifts, early starts and late finishes as required. In addition this role can also involve holiday/absence cover across differing shift patterns. The Role: Ensure a quality product by checking for defects. Operate Machinery as per company Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments. Adjust production lines as needed to avoid downtime. Assist and support production teams in loading and unloading materials and products as necessary. Analyse production line and machinery performance for issue and resolve/escalate issues where necessary Keep accurate records of production activities to comply with company and legislative requirements. Strictly follow the department cleaning schedule and support other functions as deemed necessary The Person: Essential: Minimum of 3 GCSEs (inc English and Maths) or equivalent. A minimum of 1 years relevant manufacturing experience. A demonstrable technical skill electrical or electronic Strong verbal, written and computerised communication skills Clearly demonstrate an ability to communicate to and work with to a range of internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
