Operations Manager MSCAs part of Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services, the Operations Manager MSC leads operational delivery across designated regions, ensuring service excellence, strong financial performance, and effective team leadership across specialist and general cleaning operations.Key Responsibilities Lead operational delivery, ensuring high-quality cleaning services and strong customer satisfaction. Line-manage team leaders and operational teams, providing coaching,feedbackand development support. Ensure KPI, SLA and compliance requirements are consistently met across all contracts.Maintainstrong financial management including labour planning, P&L awareness and cost control. Coordinate subcontractor activity, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. Build andmaintainstrong client relationships, acting as a trusted main point of contact. Champion system adoption includingServicetrac, CASH and WP+ for performance and reporting. Support growth opportunities, retentionactivitiesand new service line development. Person Specification Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems. Proven leadership experience managing dispersed operational teams. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support budgeting and financial reviews. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. Problem-solving ability with a proactive,organisedworking style. Full UK drivinglicenceand willingness to travel.
