As a Total Reward Specialist, youu2019ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a compelling reward offering across McDonaldu2019s UK & Ireland. Sitting within our People team, youu2019ll help ensure our pay, benefits, recognition and wellbeing programmes remain competitive, inclusive and aligned to our Employee Value Proposition.
Youu2019ll partner closely with colleagues across Corporate and Operations, as well as external providers, to deliver reward solutions that make a real difference to our peopleu2019s experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and evolving our employee benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes to ensure they remain attractive and market-competitive
Designing and implementing new reward initiatives that support engagement and retention
Leading key recognition streams across the business and supporting broader recognition activity
Managing the employee discounts and engagement platform
Supporting the ongoing management and annual review of restaurant bonus schemes
Providing support in the governance and management of pension and associated benefits
Producing insight and reporting on reward activity, including benefits take-up and trends
Partnering with HR, leaders and stakeholders on reward-related projects and the annual reward cycle
Providing specialist reward advice to employees, managers and HR Business Partners
