Description :What you’ll be doingProviding apprenticeship programme inductions, progress reviews, training delivery and support services to apprentices mostly within Logistics (Hospitality/Catering)Working collaboratively with internal and external organisations to facilitate the timely delivery of any qualifications where mandated within the apprenticeship programmeEnsuring all progress reviews, observations, communications, and other information regarding the apprentices are uploaded onto the Management Information SystemConduct apprenticeship/award quality control activities to ensure service outputsResponsibility for the duty of care of trainees under your controlWhat we’re looking for:Any experience within apprenticeships, would be an advantageAny coaching experience, would be an advantageExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood IT Skills – including Word, Excel and Outlook. Adaptable to learning in house databaseEx-military experience would be an advantageExperience within the catering industry, would be an advantage, but not essentialAbout SelborneSelborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
