Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: Uphall Salary: £24,000 per annum Full time hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week 08:00 – 16:00 Contact Type: Permanent Responsibilities:Operate butter production machinery safely and efficientlyAssist in the preparation and mixing of ingredientsMonitor production processes and perform quality checksPackage and label butter products accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to health and safety regulations at all timesReport any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisorSupport other production tasks as required Essential SkillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in food production, is preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of qualityAbility to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearlyGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity  If you meet the above criteria and are eager to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
