This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment, account management or onsite workforce experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will support client requirements, manage candidate onboarding and compliance, and provide ongoing support to temporary workers while delivering excellent service throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Candidate ManagementDevelop a strong understanding of client roles, workforce requirements, culture and assignment durationsSource and recruit candidates for roles across the client account in line with resourcing KPIsCoordinate and deliver effective recruitment strategies to meet client needsInterview and skills-assess candidates against specific role requirementsRegister candidates in line with legal, ethical and company compliance standardsDeliver client-specific training where required, including inductions and manual handlingIssue onboarding documents, assignment briefing forms and handbooksSupport achievement of KPIs set by the Account Manager or Line ManagerClient and Account SupportWork closely with the Account Manager to deliver innovative recruitment and service solutionsSupport service reviews with clients, including manpower planning and service improvement recommendationsDeliver services in line with agreed SLAsPrepare and provide management information and client reports as requiredIssue client satisfaction surveys and support timely implementation of improvementsManage client feedback effectively and respond to issues in a professional mannerTemporary Worker SupportMaintain regular communication with candidates and temporary workers to identify concerns and resolve issuesKeep worker and employee records accurate and fully up to dateHelp ensure workers are paid correctly and on time, including organising weekly payroll clinicsProvide support and guidance to temporary workers on matters such as absence and performance managementCarry out appraisals and worker reviews where applicableConduct investigation meetings in relation to complaints or workplace issuesIssue candidate satisfaction surveysCompliance and AdministrationEnsure all operations are fully compliant with company policies, legal requirements and ethical standardsComply with company and statutory health and safety requirementsEnsure quality audits are completed and maintained on a monthly basisSupport client ethical and customer audits when requestedMaintain strong administrative standards across all onsite processes and systemsEssential CriteriaAt least 6 months’ experience in recruitment, onsite recruitment or account managementStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsStrong administration and organisational skillsStrong IT skillsAbility to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environmentStable work historyGCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalentFull clean driving licenceDesirable CriteriaExperience conducting disciplinary or grievance meetingsBusiness Administration Level 3 qualificationExperience supporting temporary workers within an onsite or high-volume recruitment settingThe PersonWe are looking for someone who is:Professional and confident in dealing with clients, candidates and colleaguesAccountable and dependable in their approach to workSkilled at building relationships and maintaining trustResilient and able to perform well under pressureA strong problem-solver with a proactive mindsetWhy Join Staffline Recruitment Ireland?At Staffline, we are committed to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions while supporting our people to build rewarding careers.
