We advise founders, management teams, boards and investors on M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions, bringing together execution capability with the judgement and commercial perspective of an active principal investor.

The Role

This is an opportunity to take on a broader execution role across M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates, while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The role is suited to someone with strong technical ability, sound judgement and the confidence to manage workstreams and help drive transactions forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role in the execution of M&A, fundraising and strategic advisory mandates
  • Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, information memoranda, management materials and board papers
  • Manage key aspects of transaction processes, including diligence, advisers, data rooms and timelines
  • Undertake detailed sector, company and market analysis to support live transactions and origination activity
  • Support day-to-day client management and interaction with counterparties, investors and other advisers
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and reviewing analyst output
  • Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the advisory platform

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Motivated, proactive and comfortable operating in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment
