The Role
This is an opportunity to take on a broader execution role across M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates, while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The role is suited to someone with strong technical ability, sound judgement and the confidence to manage workstreams and help drive transactions forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a leading role in the execution of M&A, fundraising and strategic advisory mandates
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
- Prepare high-quality presentations, information memoranda, management materials and board papers
- Manage key aspects of transaction processes, including diligence, advisers, data rooms and timelines
- Undertake detailed sector, company and market analysis to support live transactions and origination activity
- Support day-to-day client management and interaction with counterparties, investors and other advisers
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and reviewing analyst output
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the advisory platform
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting or a related field
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Motivated, proactive and comfortable operating in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment
