Informatica Engineering ManagerLocation: Remote (UK)PermanentRS Group is seeking an Informatica Engineering Manager to define and lead our global Informatica capability. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of ETL and data integration at RS, migrating and consolidating legacy platforms into a modern, scalable environment while also supporting and evolving existing Informatica instances.
You will have the opportunity to establish new standards, build a high-performing engineering team, and drive the strategic direction for our global data integration capability.
The Informatica Engineering Manager will initially focus on growing the team by hiring and developing engineers while delivering both greenfield initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) work. The role requires strong technical leadership and stakeholder management to prioritise demand, size requests, and build a robust, consolidated ETL platform.

You are a proactive and collaborative engineering leader who enjoys building teams and shaping platforms from the ground up. You bring strong technical knowledge of ETL and data integration along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, reliable solutions.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams, and you enjoy mentoring engineers while driving high standards of delivery.
You’re passionate about modernising data platforms, improving engineering practices, and creating a clear vision for how data integration can enable business success.
