Key responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor
Complete mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys to RICS standardsProduce clear, accurate reports for lenders and homeownersManage your own diary and work independentlyDeliver high‑quality service with strong technical and risk awarenessKey Skills required for a Residential Surveyor
AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS, RICS Registered ValuerExperience in mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys is desirable but training can be provided.Strong knowledge of building construction and pathologyWhat we can offer
