My client is a reputable firm who are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing team, notably someone to pick up a caseload of new build property matters.
You should be ambitious and motivated and ready to focus on this niche area of conveyancing with you managing and servicing relationship with homebuilder clients.
You should have a background in residential property work, even if it is just traditional sales and purchase matters and ideally a knowledge and understanding of the south west property market.
