Events Manager – London St Paul’s
Salary: £40,000 per annum + SERVICE CHARGE
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of entertainment events – from concept through post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design event themes and interactive experiences that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, maintaining high standards throughout.
- Gather feedback and analyse event performance metrics to inform future event improvements.
- Document learnings and best practices for continuous enhancement of event quality.
- 3+ years’ experience in event planning/management.
Additional experience (advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital event platforms and emerging entertainment trends.
