What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing your own client portfolio across the UK and Europe
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
- Partnering with clients to deliver high-quality, tailored talent solutions
- Becoming a specialist in your market, with the autonomy to grow your desk your way
- Proven experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
- A commercial mindset with strong business development skills
- Energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for people
