Commercial Finance Manager Part-Time

A long‑established, privately owned company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead day‑to‑day finance, elevate reporting and controls, and provide commercial insight at the heart of the business.  You’ll oversee a multi‑site finance function while embedding strong processes and a collaborative team ethic. You’ll own monthly management accounts and annual budgets for operations meetings, lead external audits across the business, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations. Furthermore, you will have oversight of the HR function and maintain a hands-on approach to ensure that the finance function runs smoothly as the business embarks on its next phase of growth. The role will be fully office-based, given the need to manage internal relationships and the wider finance team.
