Turbo Driving is looking for a driven and commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a full 360 role, ideal for someone who thrives on business development, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to close deals.
Clear progression into management, with the opportunity to lead a team and manage large blue-chip client accounts once your desk is established.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing a full 360 recruitment desk specialising in temporary hires
- Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
- Growing and managing existing client accounts
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement
- Visiting new clients to promote services
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 years experience in a 360-recruitment role
- Experience within driving recruitment (preferred)
- Proven track record in business development and desk growth
- Strong sales ability with a commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools
- Willing to be on-call on a rota basis
