Inside Sales Executive (Automotive)

Job Description:

• In charge of managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers to enhance retention and business growth.
• In charge of sourcing and pursing new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking activities.
• Responsible in keeping accurate and updated customer information while preparing regular sales performance reports
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a positive customer experience.
• In charge of supporting the planning and implementation of sales strategies that contribute to the company’s business objectives.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in inside sales / account management in the car rental industry
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytical tools for monitoring and reporting sales activities.
