An ambitious, fast-scaling recruitment business is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a full 360 desk (BD + Delivery)
- Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Winning and managing retained / exclusive work
- Developing your own niche within construction / engineering
- Operating across UK and/or US markets
- Contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture
What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years recruitment experience (360 preferred)
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or technical marketsCommercial, credible, relationship-driven
- High energy, resilient, and motivated to succeed
- Someone who thrives in a performance culture without heavy micromanagement
