A business development role where you’ll build your own pipeline, win new corporate relationships, and retain clients long-term to create a compounding portfolio. Success comes from consistent outbound activity, strong ownership of opportunities, and developing trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads
- Generating new business through proactive outreach to C-suite decision-makers in mid-to-large corporates (£30m–£300m turnover)
- Developing and closing opportunities via a consultative, solutions-led sales process
- Working with internal analysts and strategists to deliver tailored risk management strategies
- Managing and growing your portfolio post-sale to drive retention and revenue expansion
- Progressing toward independently managing trading relationships for your client base
- Base salary between £40k-£60k
- Transparent, uncapped commission structure (paid on every £ your portfolio generates)
