Join Goldman Sachs as a Global Banking & Markets – Sales Strats – Associate in London. As a strategist in the Global Markets Division, you will play an integral role on the trading floor, creating quantitative models to uncover unseen trends, using statistical tools to assist clients, and analyzing data to shape product development and business strategy.
The Marquee Sales Strats team performs quantitative analysis, working with models and data to provide insights on financial markets and Marquee’s platform trends. You will partner closely with traders, salespeople and other stakeholders to produce insights that drive adoption of the Marquee platform.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Passion for design and implementation of programmatic solutions to client needs
- Excellent programming skills in a scripted programming language such as Python
- Knowledge and experience in data‑science and machine learning
- Clear, critical thinking, concise writing skills, and excellent communication skills
- Self‑starter with a creative hands‑on approach to problem solving
- Able to thrive in a global team environment
