We’re looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join a fast‑growing, purpose‑led brand in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow national retail accounts
- Build strong relationships with buyers and supply chain teams
- Deliver account strategies, forecasting, and promotional planning
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Monitor sales, report results, and identify growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience as a National Account Manager within beauty, personal care, or premium FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Passion for beauty, fragrance, and sustainability
