Exchange People are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to help us grow our client base.
Working within our office in Runcorn, you’ll be joining a family business who’ve been supporting candidates and clients in the North‑West and Glasgow since 1997.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to industrial businesses to introduce Exchange People
- Building a prospect list and developing new opportunities
- Booking meetings and supporting the sales pipeline
- Keeping accurate notes and updates in our CRM
Qualifications
- A confident, professional phone manner
- Strong organisation and follow‑up skills
- Experience building a database from scratch, especially when developing a new geographic area, would be an advantage but not essential
This is a part‑time role, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Flexibility of days/hours can be discussed at interview.
