Responsibilities
You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, helping design and execute business-critical initiatives that drive measurable and sustainable impact.
About You
- 2–6 years’ experience within management consulting, ideally from a Big 4 or leading strategy/transformation FS firm
- Demonstrated experience delivering strategy, operating model, transformation, or value creation programmes within Financial Services (Retail Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance)
- Strong analytical capability with structured problem-solving skills
- Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated by working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
