We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of vehicles.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Maintain an organised database of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly.
- Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with potential customers.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficiency in sales management software to track leads and sales performance.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly within the automotive industry, is preferred.
