We are seeking an experienced recruiter to own a 360 desk recruiting into the USA. At Franklin Fitch, you will receive structured training, real responsibility from day one, and a clear progression plan within a high-performing, supportive team.

In our US contract team, you will connect in-demand tech talent with leading businesses and build your own market.

What you will be doing

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US tech market
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality contract professionals
  • Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
  • Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
  • Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
  • Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales-driven team
