ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES…

As a SALES & EVENTS MANAGER covering multiple venues, you will drive additional revenue through the introduction of new customers and proactive outreach as well as implementing local attraction strategies, to name a few.

  • Achievement of quarterly revenue targets
  • Creating, alongside the Brand Stakeholders and Head of Sales, a sales activity plan
  • Networking with third party bookers and event organizers to generate revenue
  • Being creative and pro‑active in devising marketing campaigns for group sales across multiple venues
  • Monitoring and evaluating all Key Performance Indicators, especially additional sales growth
  • Securing profitable bookings by bringing in new customers and maximising pre‑booked sales
  • Arranging for the hire of any equipment/supplies required by the client
  • Engaging with customers to create a warm and hospitable environment
  • Actively increasing customer retention by providing after sales care

DESIRABLE:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales & Events Manager OR within a face‑to‑face sales/tele sales
  • Experience in converting enquires into sales
  • Experience and knowledge of outreach/lead generating activity
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
