Programme Manager– Engineering Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships &Work Based Learning Department
37 hours per week,permanent
Salary – £40,828per annum
The successfulcandidate will lead a team of Engineering Trainers and will beresponsible monitoring trainer caseloads and ensuring that theapprenticeship curriculum is both purposeful and ambitious.
The role will alsoinvolve working with employers, the Business Development Unit andclassroom-based teachers to ensure the effectiveness of theapprenticeship provision in the Engineering department. Thesuccessful candidate will have management responsibility forwork-based curriculum and will be responsible for the day-to-dayrunning of the curriculum with support from the course leaders andtraining team.
