My client is a high end residential developer currently seeking a new homes sales negotiator to work in one of their high end marketing suites on a site in Central London. The ideal candidate for this role will have new homes experience; however if you have a strong estate agency background you may also be considered for the role.
The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:
- Experience of selling new homes
- Off plan sales (desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in either residential development or estate agency
- Competent IT skills
