We are currently looking for Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for temporary to permanent hires. If you are an engineer who is immediate and looking for your next opportunity then apply within.
The site is a large healthcare facility in SW London.
The roles available
Monday to Friday split shift of earlies and lates (7am to 3:30pm and 10:30am to 7pm)
Electrical Engineer Up to 42k
Mechanical Engineer Up to 42k
Must have own vehicle due to call out 1 in 7
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Booster sets
- Heating systems
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan xwzovoh Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
- General building fabric
- Monitor mechanical plant
