Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position will work on-site 5 days a week in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities
Your future duties and responsibilities
- In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, high-quality training solutions that support a secure Defence programme.
- Working closely with a fellow training specialist, you will take ownership of developing learning materials aligned to agreed training strategies, ensuring content is clear, effective, and tailored to user needs.
- You will contribute to ongoing capability development by supporting training needs analyses and continuously improving learning approaches in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- You will break down complex processes into accessible learning experiences across multiple formats, enabling users to confidently adopt new systems and ways of working while contributing to programme success.
Qualifications
- You should have experience creating training materials (eLearning, guides, classroom content)
- Strong proficiency in developing CBT, ideally using Lectora
- Proven ability to break down processes into clear, structured learning content
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- DV clearance and willingness to work on-site with the client
- Experience with DSAT (JSP822) and/or agile methodologies
